Terms of Service

By accessing and using BetFlowBot (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

BetFlowBot is software that automates orders on Polymarket Crypto Candles (Up/Down) markets. The Service consists of: (a) configurable alerts per market, fired when a set time remains until the candle closes and price is a set distance from the target; (b) automatic buy orders when you enable that option; (c) a simulation mode with play money; and (d) a trade history. The Service does not include AI analysis, an arbitrage scanner, wallet tracking, technical indicators, selling a position before the candle closes, or a stop-loss order.

BetFlowBot is a software tool. We are not a broker, investment adviser, asset manager or financial institution.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where prediction markets are allowed
  • Be the legitimate owner of the wallet connected to the Service

3. Account and authentication

Access is via Google OAuth2. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. We do not store passwords.

Each person may have only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Plans and payment

The Service is free. There is no subscription, monthly fee, paid plan, trial or credit-card charge. We do not process payments and we do not collect your financial card data.

When you trade with real money, the Platform may attach a builder code to orders sent to Polymarket. That is a per-trade fee charged and kept by Polymarket itself, capped at 1% of the order, not a BetFlowBot invoice. Polymarket also charges its own trading fees, which we do not control.

On the simulation bank (play money) an accounting fee may be deducted per trade. It is also fictional. It is not a real charge; it exists so simulation reflects an operating cost.

5. Closing the account

You may close your account at any time by asking through the contact channels. Because there is no subscription, there is no billing to cancel and no refund to process.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible.

6. Custody and fund security

BetFlowBot does not hold your funds. Your balance stays in your Polymarket wallet at all times; the Platform does not receive, keep or move that balance. To send orders on your behalf, however, the Platform stores your signing key on our server, encrypted with Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256). For that reason the Service is not “non-custodial” in the strict sense of holding no key. We recommend a dedicated wallet with a limited balance.

You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet setup.

7. Disclaimer — risks

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • Prediction-market trades can lose the entire capital you put in
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • BetFlowBot does not guarantee profit in any circumstance
  • Technical failures, network outages or Polymarket downtime can affect trades
  • You are fully responsible for your investment decisions and bot settings

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Try to bypass security mechanisms
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the software
  • Share access credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service in a way that harms other users or the infrastructure

9. Intellectual property

All BetFlowBot software, brand, design and content belong to its creators. Using the Service does not grant you any intellectual-property rights.

10. Limitation of liability

In no event will BetFlowBot, its creators, employees or affiliates be liable for:

  • Financial losses from trades executed by the bots
  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
  • Service interruption, data loss or third-party failures (Polymarket, Binance, Google)

BetFlowBot’s total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. If you paid nothing, that amount is zero.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a dashboard notice. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the domicile of the person responsible for the Service shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
